Best BBQ I had in Texas. An Aussie travelling for 4 weeks tried out quite a few places and this one stood out. Bark on Brisket was amazing, sauce on ribs different in a good way. Corn was a surprise hit. Hear they sometimes have a cesear coleslaw on a secret menu! Great outside seating under a tree. Think it is fairly new, try before it gets too popular.
Omg I just had the best barbecue, and someone blessed me with a free lunch. Thank you so much, and if you’re in the Huntsville area stop by. The service is awesome, the atmosphere perfect!!!
Ribs were exceptional. Got the Texas street corn and had I enough time I would eat a gallon. Wish there was more seating in front of his trailer….. I was seated but felt bad seeing other eat in their cars. The fellow who owns it is a genuinely nice guy, happy to tell you his story and listen to yours. I highly recommend the place
