a month agoBest BBQ I had in Texas. An Aussie travelling for 4 weeks tried out quite a few places and this one stood out. Bark on Brisket was amazing, sauce on ribs different in a good way. Corn was a surprise hit. Hear they sometimes have a cesear coleslaw on a secret menu! Great outside seating under a tree. Think it is fairly new, try before it gets too popular.

a month agoOmg I just had the best barbecue, and someone blessed me with a free lunch. Thank you so much, and if you’re in the Huntsville area stop by. The service is awesome, the atmosphere perfect!!!

3 months agoRibs were exceptional. Got the Texas street corn and had I enough time I would eat a gallon. Wish there was more seating in front of his trailer….. I was seated but felt bad seeing other eat in their cars. The fellow who owns it is a genuinely nice guy, happy to tell you his story and listen to yours. I highly recommend the place

3 months agoGreat food and great service. The brisket was perfect and the pork steak was phenomenal. The sides were tasty and just overall the meal hit the spot just right. Will definitely be back.

3 months agoBest BBQ in Huntsville by far! Not a bad thing on the menu and will definitely be coming back again! The owners are amazing and food is delicious! Give them a try if you are in the area!

3 months agoIncredible BBQ! The brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned. The Voodoo sausage was great! I was really impressed with the sides as well - my favorite so far is the caesar slaw.

3 months agoProbably some of the best smoked turkey I have ever had. Brisket was also delicious! Beans were excellent. I wish the Mac n cheese was smoked too with more cheese/creaminess - they were the only just ‘meh’ on the plate. But everything was definitely worth the time and money!

3 months agoOak and Smoke Revival is an awesome new barbecue place in Huntsville. Food is amazing. Home sausages are delicious and all sides are made from scratch. I am obsessed with the Huntsvegas nachos! Give them a try. You won’t be sorry.

3 months agoWent after class right when they opened and everything was superb! Customer service was excellent and the food was great. Me and my boyfriend got the Texas Trinity Meat Plate and it was enough to get us both full, the highlight of the meal was definitely the rib. It was tender, savory, and rich of flavor. It had a sweet glaze/flavor that I loved which I haven't tasted before. I wasn't quite full so I also decided to get a side of Mac n cheese which was the only complaint of the day. In my opinion, it didn't have enough cheese for me but I love cheesy Mac n cheese. Besides my preference, I definitely recommend everyone to give this new bbq place a shot! Also no shade but their corn was super good, better than Rodeo's, (I love corn)
